Dee Duncan is President and CEO of Keyston Bros. He has been with the company since it was acquired in 2001, and he brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience and expertise to the organization. Dee travels the world on behalf of Keyston Bros to personally source vinyl, fabric, and textiles in order to engineer unique products that meet the demands of our customers in the various markets served. He brings high level executive experience as both a wholesale distributor and vinyl-coated manufacturer. Prior to acquiring Keyston Bros, Dee served many years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Peachtree Fabrics. He later served as the National Sales Manager for Spradling International. He has served three terms as president of the Southeastern Fabric Group, is a five year member of the board of directors for the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, and is currently the President of the National Association of Decorative Fabric Distributors. He is based in Roswell, GA at Keyston's Corporate headquarters.

Ann Duncan is Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Based in Roswell, GA, she has been with the company since 2001 and oversees all human resources initiatives, as well as employee benefits and insurance programs. Ann is also a 30-year member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Heather Breedlove is the CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance. She has been with Keyston Bros. since 2005. She is responsible for managing the financial risks of the company and oversees the corporate accounting department in Roswell, GA.

Mike Hendrix is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations. He has been with the company since 2002, starting with Keyston as an outside sales representative in Denver, CO and later becoming the Ft. Lauderdale, FL Branch Manager in 2008. Mike was promoted to Regional Manager in 2020 and to his current role in 2023. Today, Mike oversees sales and operations in all 18 Keyston distribution centers directing purchasing, inventory, sales plans and customer service activities. Mike’s strong background and knowledge of the industry trade paired with his positivity and enthusiasm is utilized by many of our locations nationwide.

Greg Chaffee is Vice President and Regional Manager for the Southwest U.S. and has been with Keyston Bros since 1984. He started his career in San Diego, CA, and he then moved to Anaheim, CA to become a sales representative. Greg won the “Top Gun” Salesman of the Year award in 1999, as well as the “President’s Award” in 2003 for largest sales increase and largest sales volume. He most recently won the MVP award for Keyston Bros in 2017. He assumed the RM position in 2011 overseeing all of California.

Rupinder S. Bedi is Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Technology, and he has been with Keyston Bros since 1993. Rupi oversees all areas of technology including development, communications, network, and systems operations with direct responsibility of field operations nationally.

John Harvey is Vice President of Analytics and Operations. John joined the Keyston Team in 1983, starting as a warehouse employee and promoting to sales representative, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager throughout his career. He won the coveted “Manager of the Year” award in 2007 and had a major hand in establishing our new computer system in 2012.

Brooke Kahn is the Senior Vice President of Marketing based in Roswell, GA. Prior to joining the Keyston family in 2013, she has experience managing multiple social media sites, content development and assisting in establishing nationwide brands for multiple companies. Brooke leads all marketing projects with an amazing team who are integral leaders in building and branding every aspect of Keyston Bros and KB Contract Textiles. These responsibilities include marketing strategies, product development, sample creation and fulfillment, and product implementation. Additionally, she leads Operations for KB Contract Textiles.

Tommy Duncan is the Vice President of Process Improvement based in Roswell, GA. Tommy joined Keyston full-time in 2021 after completing his MBA from Emory University with concentrations in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Business Process Consulting. Prior to graduate school, he worked for Accenture where he implemented multiple different types of software solutions for Fortune 500 businesses across the Southeastern United States focusing specifically on the Consumer Goods and Services Industry. Today, he oversees operations and process improvement opportunities across all of our warehouses and corporate wide initiatives.

Andrew Kahn, Executive Project Manager, joined Keyston in 2019 through the acquisition of DLT Corporation. With a background in IT and a passion for entrepreneurship, Andrew entered the upholstery industry in 2003 as a sales rep for CGPC/Enduratex. In 2008, he acquired and led DLT Corporation, driving growth and acquisitions. A 4th-generation textile professional, Andrew has also served as Chairman for both the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association’s Upholstery & Trim International Group and the Southern Upholstery Jobbers’ Association.

Frank Valdes is the National Accounts Manager for Keyston Bros. Previously the National Accounts Manager for one of Keyston Bros' suppliers, Frank joined us as a local sales representative from 2007 to 2015. Being one of the top five salesmen and a member of the “Million Dollar Club,” he sets a new standard in the company with his unwavering work ethic, desire to succeed, loyalty, and dedication. He travels all over the United States to expand our market share, works together with sales representatives at existing accounts, and works with new customers all over the country.

Debbie Bacon is the Director of Human Resources based in Roswell, GA. She joined Keyston Bros in 2014 and has 20+ years of diverse experience in human resources, office, and operations management. She assists with human resource initiatives, as well as employee benefits and insurance programs. Debbie also manages the recruiting process, orientation and training of employees.

Julie Kahn is the Vice President and Regional Manager for the Central United States. As a former owner of an upholstery supply company, Julie has been in the industry since 2008 and started her career in Chicago, IL. Julie's background has allowed her to become familiar with every aspect of the business. As Regional Manager, she oversees four Keyston branch locations and has previously managed our Chicago and Houston locations.

Robbie Warren is the Regional Manager of the Florida branches. He oversees the branches with management responsibility for sales, purchasing, inventory control, pricing, A/R and new product introductions. Robbie was a former sales representative who created meaningful customer relationships, grew sales in his territory, and has extensive product knowledge that serve as great assets for his role as Regional Manager.

Shaun Kelly is the Regional Manager for the Mountain States region at Keyston Bros. Beyond the corporate world, Shaun finds fulfillment in his role as a husband and father to two daughters. Embracing an active lifestyle, he enjoys cycling, boating, and various water sports. Shaun combines his passion for family and adventure, bringing a dynamic spirit to both his personal and professional pursuits.
