assemble them onto non-YKK chain or other components, or buy YKK chain and assemble non-YKK sliders or
other components onto such YKK chain. Failure to abide by these requirements will result in a breach of the
terms for purchase, void any YKK warranty, and may further subject Buyer to claims by YKK for breach of the
terms of purchase, trademark infringement and/or sale of counterfeit products.
